And while I don't play console controller games on desktop often, Next Up Hero is a good quick launch with some basic customizations. Would like to see more but for me it's co-op that actually means getting my friends in it with me.. Next Up Hero is a cute, 2D top-down dungeon-lite that is fast-paced and frantic. It brings some new ideas to the fore - creating new levels for other players, using the "echos" of past players to your advantage, etc.. The bright graphics are engaging, but the soundtrack was definitely an upbeat surprise.Looking forward to where the game goes!. It could be a great game. But the controller support is so damn ♥♥♥♥ing bad. The aiming system and attack with RT is so annoying. It can be much better if u can aim and attack with same action on right stick. The quest running system communicate other players is good but there are only a few quest, it will soon become boring for me. Not so bad at early access but I would like more from a promise game. I may change the review after few months.. Its a nice Rogue-like game but have to give a bad rating because there isn't much to do. Progession in the game doesn't feel as rewarding as other Rogue-likes.
